We’re excited that you are here, UnifyHR (a WEX Inc, company) has partnered with GIOA as your Affordable Care Act (ACA) compliance vendor!

We are committed to providing you with the best possible service to facilitate your ACA compliance.

You will also receive the below 3 reports the 1st of every month, the intent is for informational purposes, there is no action that needs to be taken on your behalf. Below is a summary of each report and we’ve attached a guide that provides further details for each report. The reports will be password encrypted and will be the username and password you set up for the ACA Dashboard.

*   PT-Trending FT Report – This report will show any employee who has been hired as a part-time employee but is currently averaging 30 hours or more per week and is trending to become full-time under ACA
*   FT  Trending PT Report - This report is the opposite of the PT Trending FT report. This report shows any Employee that has been identified as Full-time by their employer that currently has a weekly average of 29.99 hours or less
*   The Admin Period Ending-Action items report- This report notifies you of any Part-Time employees who have gained Full-Time status and will need to be offered medical coverage on or before the action date to be in compliance with ACA. The first day of eligibility would be the 1st calendar day after the action date.

Our next step is log you into your ACA dashboard where you will be able to monitor the status of your ACA program visually.
